Fees Information
Harvard Model Congress 2025 relies on student participant fees to cover all of our costs, which range from staff transportation to the publication of the HMC briefing book. In order to guarantee your school’s place at the conference, please submit our application form. After registering online, you will receive an invoice via email.
The conference fees consist of the school fee and individual delegate fee. Please note that these are two separate fees.
The delegate fee is $140 per delegate, and it includes all aspects of the conference. The school fee is $99 for early registration (September 15th, 2024) and $149 for regular registration (November 15th, 2024; open until capacity).
Harvard Model Congress strives to make itself accessible with its Financial Aid Program. If the conference fees pose a financial barrier to your participation, please consider applying! Refund Policy: We are unable to provide any refunds due to the fixed costs of organizing HMC Boston 2025.

After completing your Cvent registration, you will receive an invoice from PayPal within 24 hours with a unique link to complete payment via a credit or debit card.
Please note a 2.89% convienence fee is charged by PayPal for this service.

Please mail a single check for all your delegate fees and school fee to us. The check should be payable to Harvard Model Congress.
