Group Sponsors

HMC cordially invites businesses and organizations to participate in our Conference Sponsorship Program, which provides groups with the opportunity to advertise in the Boston area while also supporting a large group of bright and motivated future leaders.

Conference sponsors fund the conference fee and hotel costs for any number of delegates. These students will receive a scholarship named after your company or organization (e.g., “The Harvard Club of New York Scholarship”), and your group will be featured in our conference program. More than 2000 high-school delegates, Harvard staffers, alumni, and faculty advisers from around the globe will learn about your group’s generous contribution.

Furthermore, 100 percent of your crucial support will go toward scholarships for talented delegates who demonstrate financial need. Above all, your sponsorship will promote our mission to create enthusiasm for government among the leaders of tomorrow.

If you are interested in sponsoring a complete delegation from a specific high school, or if you would like to consider providing additional funding in the form of transportation, food, or incidentals, we are happy to work closely with you to find a sponsorship package best suited to your company’s mission.

Individual Sponsors

Harvard Model Congress is thrilled to announce the launch of its first annual Sponsor a Delegate program. With a single contribution, you can provide an unforgettable and empowering educational experience for a talented high school student who demonstrates financial need.

Your donation will go directly to a student who may not have the means to attend our conference without your contribution. Your delegate will learn how to articulate his or her views and participate in the productive debate that is a vital part of leadership, government, and civic engagement.

Upon donating, our team will confirm your contribution and attempt to match you with a delegate from the state of your choice. During the conference, you will receive updates about the progress of your delegate — including samples of his or her legislation and speeches!

Although a contribution of any size will significantly help a delegate attend HMC 2024, we recommend one or more donations of the following size:
